By accessing www.bandit.golf, completing a booking, or entering the Bandit Golf Inc. facility, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website, the physical facility, or any other services provided by Bandit Golf Inc. ​

We, Bandit Golf Inc., reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Facility Rules

All customers and their guests must comply with the Facility Rules, which are available at https://www.bandit.golf/rules and are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Facility Rules.. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Facility Access Codes and Security

The access code provided for your reservation is for the exclusive use of the individual who completed the booking (the "Booking Member"). Sharing your access code with anyone else, or allowing unauthorized individuals into the facility, is strictly prohibited.

Booking Member Presence and Responsibility

The Booking Member must be physically present at the facility for the entire duration of the booked time. The Booking Member is solely responsible for communicating all Facility Rules, safety guidelines, and terms of this agreement to all additional participants and guests in their party prior to their arrival. The Booking Member assumes full financial and legal responsibility for the actions, behavior, compliance, and any damages caused by all additional participants and guests within their party.

Supervision of Minors

Any children or minors brought into the facility must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.

Video Surveillance Consent

For the safety of our customers and the protection of our property, Bandit Golf Inc. operates an unstaffed facility monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. By booking a session and entering the premises, you and your guests consent to being recorded.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

The use of golf simulators involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the swinging of heavy clubs and the striking of high-speed golf balls in an enclosed area. By entering the facility and utilizing the equipment, you and your guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, property damage, or loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandit Golf Inc. shall not be held liable for any bodily injury, death, or property damage sustained on the premises, regardless of whether such injury or damage results from the negligence of Bandit Golf Inc., other guests, or otherwise.

Use of our Site and Facility

You agree to use our website and physical facility for legitimate purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, without limitation, in violation of any intellectual property, privacy law, or local bylaws. By agreeing to the Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree not to use our Site or physical facility to conduct any activity that would constitute a civil or criminal offence or violate any law. You agree not to attempt to interfere with our Site’s network or security features, the facility's security and surveillance systems, or to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

You agree to provide us with accurate personal information, such as your email address, mailing address, and other contact details, in order to complete your order or contact you as needed. You agree to promptly update your account and information. You authorize us to collect and use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, booking a reservation, or accessing the Bandit Golf Inc. physical facility, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your guests, and other parties you represent that you will not

• Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this website. 

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials and software on this website.

• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

• Use this website, the physical facility, or its associated services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service Bandit Golf Inc. provides.

• Use this website, the physical facility, or its associated services to transmit, publish, or display any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or material.

• Use this website, the physical facility, or its associated services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Use this website in conjunction with sending unauthorized advertising or spam.

• Harvest, collect, or gather user data without the user’s consent.

• Use this website or its associated services in such a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the booking will be issued as account credit only. Customers must manage their own cancellations via the Trackman booking page. Once within 24 hours of the booking start time, the reservation is final, and no refunds or account credits will be issued. No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. At the discretion of Bandit Golf Inc., we reserve the right to refuse cancellation privileges, service, or product to anyone seen abusing this privilege.

Late Arrivals

You are responsible for arriving within the scheduled access window for your booking. Bandit Golf Inc. is not responsible for missed time or inability to access the facility due to late arrival. No refunds or time credits will be provided for missed time.

Payments / Credit Card

All bookings require a valid credit card. Your card will be charged immediately upon successful booking. No credit card information is stored with us. Bookings are completed on a third-party booking platform. We are not responsible for the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service of these third-party websites.

Damage to Facility & Property

Bandit Golf Inc. reserves the right to charge the payment method used at the time of booking for any and all damages to the facility, its property, and its equipment caused by guests. This includes, but is not limited to: screen damage (including damage from marked, scuffed, or dirty golf balls), missing or stolen items, and damage to all equipment such as, but not limited to, computers, monitors, simulator sensors, Trackman iO units, cables, conduit, lights, fixtures, structural components, turf, balls, tees, and furniture. Minimum charge for the above will be $100.00 CAD. All customers are responsible for any of their booked guests and their actions.

Right to Terminate
